Blow The Man Down (Prime) - Great small town thriller about two crafty sisters covering up a murder.

Chef (Netflix) - A feel-good father son story with a supporting role by John Leguizamo!

Ingrid Goes West (Prime) - One of the greatest recent films that snuck under the radar. This one is funny and slightly creepy at the same time!

The King (Netflix) - an extremely well acted historical drama with one of the best endings of all time.

Lovebirds (Netflix) - A fun action comedy!

The Big Sick (Prime) - A very tolerable romcom

Logan Lucky (Netflix) - A bright and fun heist-flick

Wild honey (Prime) - A low-key comedy with great performances and a very endearing lead character.

SERIES

Boradchurch (Netflix) - A compelling British procedural with lovable lead characters

Bonding (Netflix) - A very cute and funny little show about two adorable friends trying to dominate a greedy world. This show does deal with strong themes of sexuality…but is pleasently innocent and tasteful.

Chef Show (Netflix)- A sweet little show with the lovable John Favreau and Roy Choi. A zero pretentiousness cooking show.

Derry girls (Netflix) - Fun, fast paced, Irish comedy in bite-sized episodes

Death in paradise (Britbox) - A fun show about murder….is that possible? Easy watching, with self contained episodes.

End of The Fucking World (Netflix)- THIS SHOW IS HAS IT ALL. A lovable brittish romantic dark-comedy in the Bonnie and Clyde tradition.

Forever (Prime) - Dry comedy with a zany plot

Gardeners World (Prime & Britbox) - A little moment of zen in a chaotic world….plus learn how to grow vegetables!

Good Girls (Netflix) - A well rounded crime/comedy show about 3 brave women trying to keep their families afloat. A good balance of intensity, comedy, and developed characters.

The Great (Prime) - Fantastic and hilarious retelling of history with complex and hilarious characters, outstanding wardrobe and setting, and a delightfully twisting plot.

Mr Robot (Prime) - A cool cyber-spy thriller show. Not for the easily paranoid!

Schitt's Creek (Netflix) - IT’S ACTUALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!! Canada’s greatest achievement since Nanaimo bars

Sex Education (Netflix) - Not what it sounds like….well kinda. But a bright and fun brittish comedy series with real emotion depth.

Ozark (Netflix) - The slowest of slow burns. Like spit roasting a pig over a birthday candle. Honestly it’s an extremely good show with terrifying characters and surprisingly inevitable plot twists.
